Bay Area Urban Eagles serves youth and young adults across the Bay Area, from Brentwood and Pittsburg to San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and surrounding communities.

With hubs at Palo Alto Airport and Hayward Executive Airport, BAEU expands access to hands-on aviation programming, including simulators, ground school, industry tours, and introductory flights.

To date, BAEU has served more than 500 youth, helping students build the skills, confidence, and exposure needed to pursue aviation and aerospace careers.

Through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and industry leaders, BAEU is creating pathways to internships, certifications, and career opportunities while helping build a stronger, more inclusive aviation workforce.
